Protecting our beaches is our priority, so we keep plastic to a minimum! We don’t use or sell plastic bottles — just bring your own reusable bottle and we’ll fill it with pleasure.

Handpicked ingredients by Chef Francesco, from local mills and suppliers. Bread and focaccia baked daily, bringing only wholesome and nourishing dishes to your table.

We love sports, nature, and parties. We work hard and never hold back, so at Zuma expect this: people kitesurfing in the water, playing with friends, laughter, acrobatics, and yoga classes on the beach.

CHEF FRANCESCO

Francesco è di origine pugliese, ma ha lavorato per tutta la sua carriera in importanti Cucine in giro per il mondo. Nel 2020 ha deciso di creare la sua vita a vista mare, e possibilmente con un furgone con cui viaggiare, alla ricerca di vento e onde perfette. Cucina con il cuore e assaporerai la sua incredibile passione in ogni pasto che gusterai.
